Checked every day11 things to know: 2 urgent, 6 important, 3 for your information

What needs attention - and what we're already doing about it.
Urgent· 2We're checking this today
GooglePMAX | Veg shop
Spend spike today: 557 zł
Campaign spend well above the daily average.
MoreLess
Why it matters
Unless this increase was planned, the budget may run out sooner than expected.
What we're doing
We check right away whether it's intentional (e.g. a promotion). If not, we cap the campaign budget today.
Shop· since 14:00
Cart or payments may be broken
Nobody has bought since 14:00, although there were 34 add-to-carts and 12 checkouts started. With this traffic there would usually be about 7 purchases by now.
MoreLess
Why it matters
People want to buy, but something stops them — every hour without purchases is lost sales.
What we're doing
Check payments — customers reach the checkout, but nobody has paid for 3 hours.
Important· 6We'll handle this in the next few days
MetaREMARKETING | Shop
Elevated spend (7 days): 1,043 zł
This week above the previous two weeks.
MoreLess
Why it matters
At this pace the monthly budget may run out before the month ends.
What we're doing
We check whether the extra spend brings more clicks and visits. If not, we go back to the previous level.
GA4Website traffic· since about 15:45
Analytics data isn't coming in
Since about 15:45, Google Analytics sees only 1 person on the site per half hour, usually about 14 at this time. The ads brought 52 clicks in the last hour.
MoreLess
Why it matters
Without Analytics data you can't see what happens in the shop, and the campaigns lose the signal of who buys. If the site itself went down, every hour means lost orders.
What we're doing
Check that the Google tag (gtag/GTM) is on the site — ad traffic is coming, but Analytics sees nothing. Also check that the site opens at all.
MetaSales tracking· today
Meta pixel isn't counting purchases
Meta shows no purchase from ads today, although the ads brought 1,240 clicks — as many as usual by this time. With this traffic Meta usually counts about 9 purchases by now, and the shop has 23 orders today.
MoreLess
Why it matters
Meta learns from purchases — without them, sales campaigns don't know whom to look for and get weaker and pricier every hour.
What we're doing
Check the Meta pixel / Conversions API — the shop sells, but Meta doesn't see purchases.
Shop· since 13:01
Shop orders stopped coming in
The shop last sent its sales at 13:01 (over 4 hours ago); it usually does every hour. The panel doesn't see new orders.
MoreLess
Why it matters
Without the shop's data the panel shows understated sales and won't notice if orders really stop. If the shop itself is down, every hour means lost orders.
What we're doing
Check that the shop works and that its job sending sales to the panel (hourly, with an API key) hasn't stopped.
Whole account· 2 days in a row
For 2 days, purchases from ads have been 41% below a usual Friday and Saturday
Friday and Saturday: 94 purchases from ads, usually about 158 on these days.
MoreLess
Why it matters
The ads bring fewer buyers - each purchase from ads gets more expensive. Not a one-off: each day was clearly below the same weekday over the previous 4 weeks.
What we're doing
Traffic is unchanged but purchases are down — let's check the website and the cart.
GoogleSEARCH | Veg delivery
An ad click got 24% more expensive
More grocery shops bid on the same searches, which pushes the cost per click up.
MoreLess
Why it matters
The same budget buys fewer clicks - so fewer people reach the website.
What we're doing
We check whether competition went up or the ad has gone stale, and adjust bids or creatives if needed.
FYI· 3For your information - we're watching
Whole profile· good news
More people are clicking the ads (11% up)
Engagement higher than usual this week.
MoreLess
Why it matters
The ads resonate better - the same money buys more clicks.
What we're doing
We look at what works best and roll it out to the other campaigns.
MetaSALES | Veg boxes· good news
More people are clicking the ads (18% up)
The new customer unboxing video clearly beats the average.
MoreLess
Why it matters
The ads resonate better - the same money buys more clicks.
What we're doing
We look at what works best and roll it out to the other campaigns.
Whole profile· good news
More website visits (9% up)
Campaign traffic growth feeds GA4 sessions.
MoreLess
Why it matters
More people are looking at the offer.
What we're doing
We check where the extra traffic comes from so we can keep it.
Every day we compare the last few days with the previous two weeks, and each day with the same weekday over the last 4 weeks. During the day, every half hour, we also check that Google Analytics data keeps coming in and that the cart, payments and the Meta pixel work. Urgent issues, like a sudden spend spike, reach us right away.
